I didn’t get far on my revisions this morning. I’d just hit my stride at about 6:10 a.m. — scientific principles of light and color were getting themselves explained, and explained good — when everybody woke up. And I do mean everybody: my six-year-old, my 19-month-old, my wife, two dogs and one bunny.
So, this morning at least, I read more William Steig aloud by 7 a.m. than most people do all day.
You have a bunny?! I swear, everyone I know seems to have a bunny these days! We have an 8-year-old lop named Pablo who ate part of a Lego tire today…whoops. We don’t have any other pets, though. (And the old documents you got today sound amazing–wow!)
