    Well, I watched it, but only because I keep checking to see if you have done something for the middle grades. I loved Day-Glo; how about a funny novel? You can do it– have your son help!

    So, Ms. Yingling, if I were to tell you that I’m currently writing a funny middle grade novel (as in “worked on it earlier this morning”), you’d say that was a good thing?
